This happens for two reasons:

• You have entered incorrect license data.
• Your license has actually expired.

Fixing Incorrect License Data

To verify if your license data is correct, follow this guide to find where you can find and enter the license data: Where Do I Get / Enter The License Key

Note that BOTH the license key and the registered email should be an exact match of the info provided in the email. This info is cross checked with the data in our records to validate your license.

One you have the right info, head over to WordPress Admin > Plugins list and click on the Check for updates link:

License Has Actually Expired

If your license has actually expired, please renew your license to download the update. Here is how: How to Renew or Upgrade Your License

Renew Expired License

Renewing an expired license is very straight forward.

• Login to your existing account.
• On your account dashboard you will see your renewal link and any applicable offers.
• Purchase a new license.

You will be able to download the latest update on all your WordPress installs. Since Image Attributes Pro supports automatic updates, the update process is exactly like how you would update any WordPress plugin from the WordPress repository.

Renew Active License

You can renew your current license before it expire to make sure you get the best possible deal.

• Renew for 1 year and get 25% discount.
• Renew for 2 years to get 25% discount and 1 year extra for free. (Effective discount of 50%!)
• Renew for 3 years to get 25% discount and 2 years extra for free. (Effective discount of 65%!)

Your new expiry date will be calculated based on your current expiry date and you will not loose the remaining days on your current license.

To renew active license:

• Login to your existing account.
• On your account dashboard you will see your renewal options.

Upgrade License

This means that you want to switch from once license to another. For example, you purchased the Personal license and want to upgrade to the Unlimited license.

To upgrade your license:

• Login to your existing account.
• Purchase a new license.

Your new expiry date will be calculated based on your current expiry date and you will not loose the remaining days on your current license.

• One with the details of your order, the license type and your info.
• Another email with your license key and registered email.

If you do not see these emails, please check your spam / junk folder.

Before you proceed: Make sure Image Attributes Pro is installed and activated. Once activated, your WordPress plugin list should contain the add-on listed as “Auto Image Attributes Pro”. Refer the screenshot below.

Three Ways To Enter License Key

First. Once you activate the add-on, you will see a notice in your admin with a link to the activation page.

Second. You can always visit the plugins list in your WordPress admin and under Image Attributes Pro, the “License Key” link points to the activation page.

Third. In your browser enter the following link directly replacing the domain part with your own domain.
