I am constantly at work to make the product better and I will do everything in my power so that you have the most value out of your purchase. If the plugin isn’t working out for some reason all efforts will be made to figure it out and fix it for you.
However, there might be a time when the product is just not the right fit for your website. In that case, you will be issued a refund.
Please note:
- Refunds are issued if requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Please allow me the opportunity to fix the issue for you before proceeding to a refund. My intention is to help you and not to hold your money.
- Payment gateway fees (~4-5%) will not be refunded. Payment gateways do not refund the fees and Indian regulations prevent me from adding funds back into my payment account.
Please note that by purchasing the plugin, you agree to the refund policy. I promise to be fair and I expect the same from you in return. I have no intention to keep your money without delivering value. Refund is the least I can do.
