I am constantly at work to make the product better and I will do everything in my power so that you have the most value out of your purchase. If the plugin isn’t working out for some reason all efforts will be made to figure it out and fix it for you.
However, there might be a time when the product is just not the right fit for your website. In that case, please write to support about it.
Kindly note:
- Refunds are issued if requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Please allow me the opportunity to fix the issue for you before proceeding to a refund. My intention is to help you and not to hold your money.
- Payment gateway fees (~4-5%) will not be refunded. Payment gateways do not refund the fees and Indian regulations prevent me from adding funds back into my payment account.
- Refunds are processed as quickly as possible and information regarding the same will be communicated over email.
- Product upgrades and annual renewals are not eligible for a refund.
